Quality Control Lab

In accordance with our ISO 9001:2015 compliance, Hyperion’s Quality Control Lab is a secure, restricted area where all parts are placed while awaiting thorough inspection before they move forward. This lab ensures that only parts that meet our strict quality standards are used in our products, whether they’re made in-house or sourced from external suppliers. The lab always remains locked when not in use, and only authorized quality control technicians are allowed access to the parts inside. By maintaining this level of security and segregation, we prevent any non-compliant parts from accidentally making their way into production. The success of this process relies on strict adherence to the lab’s protocols by all Hyperion employees, ensuring that each part that leaves our facility is up to our high standards of quality and reliability.
