On Friday, October 16th, Hyperion held its annual company meeting at the Bel-Air Golf Course, where the team relaxed and put the company's excellent year in review.

Chad Williams, President and CEO, opened the day with our State of the Company briefing. From there, we reviewed current projects, new growth opportunities, and our plans for the year ahead.

Thank you to Judd Wilson, IOM, SVP at the Community Development Foundation, for his “Leadership at Its Best” presentation. He walked us through nine traits of a leader, and his message resonated with everyone in the room.

We also put our engineering skills to work in a team-building challenge, and yes, the tape measure came out!
