Tactical Energy Converter
Our Products
Hyperion Technology Group’s Tactical Energy Converter (TEC) is a compact, efficient inverter that converts between medium-voltage DC to 208 VAC three-phase power in both directions. It enhances microgrid resiliency by allowing integration with renewable energy sources, reducing fuel use, and supporting mobile, electrified commercial and military operations. The TEC ensures reliable power for mission-critical applications, like contested logistics, while minimizing logistical demands. This technology is at TRL 6 and addresses DoD operational energy requirements. It provides direct benefits to the warfighter, lowering the logistical burden and ensuring power independence in austere environments.
